A company is looking for a Client Manager Growth to support
early-stage startups in building their technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist early-stage clients in establishing a strong technical
foundation and team
Nurture long-term client relationships post-deal closure
Match clients with exceptional developer talent to drive
success
Required Qualifications
Advanced level of English
Hands-on experience in a technical role, such as project manager or
developer
Ability to take ownership and support MVPs effectively
Understanding of the client journey and how to guide clients
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with
others
