A company is looking for a National Director of Customer Success
in the US Education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop relationships with key customers to enhance
customer success goals
Drive customer strategy and growth through coaching and alignment
with customer objectives
Manage program planning and delivery to ensure ongoing customer
success and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer
Science, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience, or
equivalent experience
Master's Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years of relevant
experience, or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant work experience within the customer
industry
3+ years of people management experience
Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification
