Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Engine Marketing (SEM)
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms
such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify
high-performing opportunities
Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven
adjustments to improve results
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a
related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEM and paid search campaign
management
Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and related
SEM tools
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ad auction
dynamics
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and
SEMrush
