Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Services Case Manager to
support their Patient Support Program.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients, caregivers, HCPs, and insurance carriers to
navigate therapy access
Review active patient cases to enhance time-to-fill
opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure
seamless case management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (business/healthcare administration or
life sciences preferred)
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
3+ years of HUB, reimbursement, or case management experience
Experience with oral oncolytics and understanding of insurance
coverage policies
Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word,
and PowerPoint
