Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Technical Support
Administrator to provide first level technical support to test
centers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support related
to VUE Testing System software
Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and
software for test centers
Provide technical support to internal and external customers
through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in computers (preferred)
1-2 years' experience in Windows Application support
Customer Service experience required
A+ certification preferred
Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows Server
