Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriter (6+ month contract).
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite multiple mortgage loan products in compliance with
company credit guidelines and regulatory requirements
Review loan files for completeness and collaborate with the loan
analyst and salesperson for timely credit analysis
Manage constant deal flow to ensure loans close on time with high
accuracy
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
Experience: 3+ years in residential mortgage lending with knowledge
of lending regulations and credit/collateral analysis practices
Experience with underwriting or processing fix & flip hard money
loans is a plus
Proficient in pipeline management
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing business
environment
