Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Solution Lead
(Remote/Flexible).
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and support the use of Salesforce for various business
process stakeholders
Develop implementation roadmaps for Customer Experience
stakeholders using analytics and user feedback
Collaborate with teams to manage and enhance the Salesforce.com
platform and its governance
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Certifications in Salesforce.com are preferred
At least 4 years of experience leading a technical team
At least 2 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry,
preferably with Pharma or Medical Devices
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities in a regulated
industry
