Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Regional Manager
(LCSW or LMFT) for the Northeast Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a regional team of Behavioral Health staff in delivering
clinical care and support groups
Develop and implement process improvement plans aligned with
company objectives
Oversee staff performance, compliance, and administrative
operations in the region
Required Qualifications
Master's degree (Required)
Independent clinical state licensure in New Jersey (LCSW or LMFT
Required)
Minimum 4 years of direct management experience in a clinical
setting
Demonstrated ability to manage data and report on metrics
Proven track record of meeting organizational goals and executing
project management skills
