Description:Your primary role will be to connect with new clients and offer Commercial/Retail Facility maintenance Services. You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls and helping clients realize the incredible potential of our unique skill set.Effectively communicate with clients and field service personnel, gather the necessary information to prepare estimates and coordinate a team of trade professionals of different disciplines to ensure all projects are completed on time, according to requirements, and without exceeding budget.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing target plans, growing the pipeline to meet new business targets, and driving sustainable growth. A blend of enthusiasm, energy, and drive is essential for success in this role.You will also be expected to perform clerical and administrative functions as well as assisting the Senior Account Manager in managing our accounts and clients, while meeting performance metrics and quality service goals. Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients to understand their facilities needs.Initiate portfolio growth through cold calls, customer research, emails, site visits and Sales ClosingCommunicate with prospective clients and assist with generating salesMaking a large number of outbound sales related calls daily.Must meet quarterly sales goals.Properly document daily activity including call notes and depositionsProvide maintenance and construction project pricingReceive instructions from clients and their agentsPrepare and provide estimates to clients Plan and implement small to medium projects Evaluate strategies and proceduresEnsure deadlines and cost targets are metMaintain required project documentationComplete monthly billing and navigate through customer portalsServe as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projectsAbility to manage on-call and emergency requestsMust have reliable transportationMaintain General office supplies and assist in answering phonesPM21Requirements: Qualifications:The ability to speak clearly, confidently, and informatively. Must be comfortable on the phone.Previous experience in facility repair, construction, or other related fields is a plusExperience in sales and closing (retail and commercial) is preferredMust be able to handle a fast-paced industry and demanding clients while maintaining a positive attitudeStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analysis and critical thinking skillsDeadline and detail-orientedLeadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate field service personnelPC proficientProposal preparation experienceStrong ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyConstruction and/or facilities maintenance experience is strongly preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: Competitive Base pay + CommissionBenefits:Health insurancePaid time off PM21 PI652b0b45990e-25660-34757506
