Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst responsible for
managing group benefits programs and ensuring quality benefits
administration.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate current benefits programs and recommend
improvements
Serve as the primary contact for plan vendors and manage daily
benefits processing
Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain accurate
reporting
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a similar benefits position
Working knowledge of Human Resources concepts and benefits
regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft products and experience with HRIS and
benefits databases
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of benefits contract
language
Project management and team leadership experience
