Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to ensure
exceptional customer journeys and support for crafters and
entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through various channels with a focus on
solutions
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective
resolutions
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to
enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of customer service experience in a high-tech or
automation-driven environment
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zendesk, and automation
tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a
related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
Strong understanding of customer needs, particularly for crafters
and small business owners
