Job Description:

Beverage Service ExpertiseWe are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our Carbone Vino team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests. Detailed Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests
• Interact with customers to take orders and provide excellent service
• Assess guests' needs and preferences to make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktailsRequirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in the industry
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs
  • Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to operate point-of-sales system accurately and efficiently
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique
  • Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and ExcelBenefits
