This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.Responsibilities

• First Point of Contact: As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for each experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Guest Services: You will be responsible for coordinating the seating plot for each service, setting up the service team for success, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
• Reservations and Wait List: You will maintain the reservations book, handle incoming reservation requests, and oversee and maintain the wait list.
• Table Statuses: You will monitor and update table statuses throughout service, ensuring that every guest has a seamless dining experience.
• Guest Questions: You will provide answers to guests' questions regarding restaurant and menu information, ensuring that every guest has a clear understanding of our offerings.
• Cleanliness and Personal Appearance: You will uphold a high standard of cleanliness and personal appearance, setting an example for the rest of the service team.Qualifications
  • English Fluency: You should have English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: You should be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 40+ lbs.
