Position Summary

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for our exciting, multi-unit, shipboard Beverage Operation while overseeing its multicultural world-class team. You will be responsible for assisting the Bar Manager in the Operation of our state of the art ships (all bars/lounges, restaurants, venues, and crew dining areas). In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel the world while working for a top global employer of choice.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all ships' bars, lounges, service bars and bar storage areas

* Supervising, Coaching, Supporting and evaluating the performance of all direct reports

* Approval and oversight all bar requisitions, inventories, bar par levels, transfers, cocktail parties, time and locations, cost control, opening/closing bar hours, and working schedules

* Responsible for cost containment through the proper use, handling and maintenance of records, reports, supplies and equipment

* Improving and maintaining sales and profitability while addressing /reducing guest complaints
