You will partner very closely with our CEO, COO, Executive Leadership Team, and Cross-Functional Leadership to dive deep into business performance, advise leadership with analytical business insights, and develop strategic plans. You will also lead cross-functional projects commissioned by the CEO and COO from inception to launch. This role is perfect for someone highly analytical, organized, and collaborative - all with a strong bias for action.This role requires onsite presence 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).How you will make a difference day to day

• Work to continuously improve business planning, business performance, and reporting.
• Analyze internal data to develop business insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Champion company-wide plans and objectives, and socialize priorities across the organization to ensure alignment and connectivity in support of our business goals.
• Drive cross-functional strategic projects, such as launching Kandji in international markets and rolling out new products to support Kandji's next phase of growth.We'd love to hear from you if you have
  • MBA from a top-tier school.
  • 8-10+ years of total work experience with at least 2+ years in consulting doing both strategy and program management.
  • Exceptional ability to support senior leaders and cross-functional teams from a position of influence/partnership, with experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to engage in financial modeling / scenario analytics, as needed.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a heightened focus on attention to detail; strong sense of urgency, proactivity, and independence.
  • Ability to structure work plans, navigate competing priorities, and manage complex projects end-to-end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.
