Saltiel Law Group is a boutique business transactions and litigation law firm, located in Coral Gables. We strive to assist clients in developing and strengthening their businesses while protecting their interests.



Our busy law firm is growing quickly, and we are looking for a litigation paralegal with 7+ years of experience who works hard to help our team provide the most effective representation to clients. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both junior and senior litigation attorneys as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve clients.



If you have excellent organization and writing skills, years of experience in commercial and civil litigation want to get more hands-on experience, can communicate effectively across all levels, and are looking for a great work culture, we would love to connect!



The work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm - at our Coral Gables office.



Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly, plus benefits (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
--- Propounding and responding to discovery
--- Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
--- Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence for attorneys
--- Prepare legal reports and discovery documents
--- Manage court deadlines
--- Filing with the Florida E-Portal and Pacer

Qualifications:
--- 7+ years of experience in civil and commercial litigation
--- Paralegal certificate or equivalent 7+ years of experience
--- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written)
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
--- Strong legal knowledge
--- Experience with Clio Management a plus
