Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Specialist (Healthcare) to
support content optimization and project management
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage processes and systems related to special initiative
projects, including documentation and quality review
Investigate and respond to questions for assigned projects while
generating project status updates
Identify business needs and collaborate on process improvement
opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma required; B.S., B.A., or advanced degree in
business or related field preferred
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry or
equivalent experience
Proven ability to handle stressful situations and multiple tasks
under deadline pressures
Process improvement skills and experience with data visualization
tools preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management
software is preferred
