Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Specialist to join their
team in Tamuning, Guam.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support for application, hardware, and
software issues
Perform maintenance on printers and scanners, and manage
laptop/desktop setup and configuration
Ensure security updates and patches are installed and functioning
on various devices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree
with no experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of
experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen able to pass an FBI fingerprint check and
background screening
Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems,
including hardware and software
Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS,
VPN)
Familiarity with system architecture, firmware, and peripheral
integration
