Job Description:
We are seeking talented and experienced IT Help Desk
professionals! If you are looking for a permanent full time
opportunity and a Call Center environment this is the job for
you!
Seeking the following credentials:
-Experience in a fast paced, Call Center Environment
-Customer service experience
-Hands on experience
-Ability to troubleshoot
-Email, ticketing and on the phone support
-Excellent IT knowledge
-Atleast 3 yrs previous experience
