Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trainer to conduct employee
orientation and ongoing training for call center personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure class objectives and learning metrics are achieved
Design and develop training materials and curriculum
Assess employee training needs and provide feedback to
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, communications, or business, or
equivalent experience
Up to 3 years of training experience, preferably in a call center
or customer service setting
Knowledge of products, services, and business operations
Project coordination experience preferred
Strong training program design experience
