Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Service (100%
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Customer Support, Customer Success, and Tier 2
Technical Support teams
Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance customer
experiences and improve efficiency
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee strategies
to enhance customer loyalty and retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related
field; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of experience in customer operations, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Strong understanding of customer support systems and CRM
platforms
