Culinary Team Member - Banquets Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Team Member - Banquets to join our team at Pier Sixty-Six Resort. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for supporting and providing excellent service to our guests.

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team to achieve common goals.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Supervise junior cooks and ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef and ensure effective communication between staff.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and quantity, adhering to hotel and outlet standards.
    • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
    • Assist management in hiring, training, and coaching employees.
    • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
    • Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
