Job Description:
Job Summary
The Pastry Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and/or
producing high-quality desserts according to menu and recipe
specifications. This role involves timely preparation of food
orders, organizing workstations, and assisting other cooks as
needed.
Responsibilities
--- Participate in daily pastry operations and provide memorable
experiences for all guests
--- Uphold a team culture that promotes an exceptional working
environment
--- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
--- 1 year of experience in a high-end kitchen
--- Excellent communication and organizational skills
--- English fluency and additional languages preferred
--- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
--- Ability to balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, and
objects up to 40+ lbs.
--- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and variable
schedule per the needs of the business
