    1+ year of experience as a barista in a full-service restaurant.

    A warm, personable, and gracious demeanor to provide excellent customer service.

    Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high personal standards and the expectation of their colleagues to do the same.

    Passion for coffee and comprehensive knowledge of various coffee beverages and techniques.

    The ability to organize & carry heavy trays gracefully.
