Job Description:
Join our team as a Cook I at Pier Sixty-Six Resort, creating
distinct culinary experiences. Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will
support our culinary department with a passion for culinary arts
and excellent service.
Responsibilities include:
--- Developing positive working relationships with others
--- Preparing special meals and assisting with stocking
--- Training new staff members
--- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
--- Regulating oven and broiler temperatures
--- Preparing and cooking food according to quality standards
Additional duties include:
--- Adhering to departmental policies and procedures
--- Assisting with employee management and safety protocols
--- Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and
professional
--- Anticipating and addressing guests' service needs
Standards include:
--- Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
--- Lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds
--- Performing other reasonable job duties
