Job Description:

Join our team at Vino, a new Miami concept celebrating timeless artisanship and Italy's most coveted wines.

We're hiring passionate Prep Cooks to ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable experience at our Coconut Grove location.

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Ensure high-quality food comes out simultaneously and in a timely fashion.
  Requirements:
  
  • 1 year of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
  • Team-orientated and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods.
