Job Description:

Join our team at Vino, a new concept celebrating timeless artisanship and Italy's most coveted wines. As a Line Cook, you'll prepare handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, and signature entr--es, ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.
Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies
• Preparing food for service, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
• Cooking menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff
• Answering instructions from the executive or sous chef
• Cleaning up stations and managing leftover food
• Stocking inventory and ensuring timely food preparationRequirements include:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent experience
  • Team-orientated attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing or walking for extended periodsWe offer:
