Produce Associate Team Leader Job Summary: Assist the Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects. Develop and maintain a creative store layout and product merchandising. Work with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations to ensure profitability, expense control, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain a creative store layout and product merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Work with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets to optimize store performance.
• Lead and develop Team Members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships to maintain high-quality products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Requirements:
  • 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and product knowledge to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills to lead and develop Team Members.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer safety.
  • Proficient mathematical skills to assess financial performance, monitor profitability, and manage inventory.Working Conditions:
    • Lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
    • Work in a wet and cold environment with exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
