Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Client Success to manage
client relationships and support teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and train implementation and technical support
specialists
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers while
providing software support
Utilize a service desk ticketing system to track customer issues
and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications & Requirements
Certified Medical Coder (CPC or CRC)
Experience in Risk Adjustment (HCC or Medicare Advantage)
5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields
Experience in training and leading coders or clients
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
