Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Self-Pay
Collector to assist clients' customers with open balance accounts
and ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients'
financial situations
Utilize HIPAA and TCPA compliance during calls and ensure all
required statements are sent
Manage patient disputes by gathering information and escalating
issues as necessary
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Proficiency in using healthcare management software; knowledge of
Epic or similar software is a plus
Medical billing and pay processing experience with patients
Associate's degree and two years of related experience
preferred
