This company oversees some of the largest and most expensive homes built, ranging from 20,000 square feet to 80,000 square feet and from $20 million to $300 million. The company respects and understands the need for a good work-life balance.
About the Position:
We are looking for a Senior PX/Director for luxury custom home construction in Miami, Florida. This is for a top-tier luxury home builder for SE Florida, relating to quality, size, and cost. This individual will oversee, represent, and help protect the owner's interest from start to completion of the construction. They will manage a small in-house team which includes a PM & PE/APM. They will meet with the owners and other executives regularly to keep the projects on schedule and within budget.
Requirements:

• 
  
• Experience & expertise - Have built/overseen massive & elite custom home builds.
  
• Experience & expertise - Construction (Miami-Dade-Broward Counties).
  
• All facets - can handle issues that may occur day to day.
  
• Present solutions - solve problems.
  
• Must have experience in Southeast Florida
