Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Drug Development Director to
oversee and coordinate drug development projects from pre-clinical
stages to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain integrated cross-functional project plans,
ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while addressing
risks and issues proactively
Facilitate effective communication among internal and external
stakeholders, promoting conflict resolution and change
management
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in a health-related discipline or
equivalent experience
At least 10 years of drug development experience across various
phases and disease areas
A minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience in a
Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment
Strong project management skills with advanced planning experience,
preferably with MS Project
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an
advantage
