TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Miami, Florida, 33133 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Case Management Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:30 - 17:00 with rotating weekends Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: None specified Must-Have: - Experience with IQ reviews and discharge planning for complex patients - Psychosocial assessment experience Job Description: - Work collaboratively with the Case Management staff and bedside staff - Engage in assessments, discharge planning, and medical necessity reviews - Familiarity with Case Management processes - Utilize Meditech and Midas for documentation - Use equipment such as iMobile, Computer, and Ecapture pad - Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and function independently Additional Preferences: - Previous travel experience preferred - Ability to adapt easily and work independently Dress Code: Business Casual General Comments: This position is designed to fill a vacancy in the Case Management unit, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and effective case management services.
