A company is looking for an Associate Billing Specialist to
assist with billing and subscription inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process billing tickets, addressing customer inquiries
and escalating complex issues
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve
subscription-related issues and improve customer experience
Handle sensitive billing situations, including credits, refunds,
and compensation requests
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in billing support, subscription management, or
customer service
Ability to make high-stakes decisions with accountability
Experience in analyzing trends to improve processes
Familiarity with billing systems and support articles
Willingness to work weekends if necessary
